Slow Food on Campus Afternoon Tea

What warms the bones more than a good cup of tea....?

How about combining tea, with beautifully crafted profiterole Swans, Egg tart and three wonderful members of Slow Food on Campus Portsmouth?

Well, today that's just what we did!

It's cold and rainy in Portsmouth so we thought we'd cheer ourselves up with a few cakes and two cups of tea- one English black tea, the other Vietnamese Hue tea (flower tea) to discuss ideas.

So who fancies a Vietnamese cooking lesson? Wants to learn how to make these awesome Swans? 

Think you can make just as good, or better, treats?
